Airthereal Rewards Program gives you the opportunity to access exclusive discounts! Once you sign up, you'll be a member of our rewards program! You can earn points for every purchase and engagement with our social media and emails.

How do I know my point balance?

First, log into your account where it says ‘Account’ at the top of our site, then click the ’Airthereal Insider” tab for an overview of your points!

Can I earn points for purchases made in Airthereal stores on eBay or amazon?

Sorry, you can only earn points for purchases made at Airthereal.com.

How do I spend my points?

First, sign into your account. Then enter your dashboard to view your points balance and redemption options. You can decide how many points you want to apply to your order. Once you’re ready to check out, you can apply reward to your order. You can ONLY add ONE reward.

What happens to my points when I return items?

When you refund, the points you get from the purchase will be deducted from your balance of points.

Can I redeem points for a free products?

Yes, you can redeem points for our Free Product rewards. Once you have redeemed your points, you’ll receive a discount code. With the discount code, you can purchase the corresponding product for free. If the product is no longer eligible to buy, please contact us at support@airthereal.com.

How can I withdraw my rewards?

Once your points are redeemed with rewards, you can not withdraw your rewards by yourselves. You will need to reach out to us at support@airthereal.com to ask for a withdrawal of your reward. Points will be returned to your account once your reward is withdrawn.
