Updates regarding the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

You’ve been receiving a lot of notes these last few days, regarding the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and what companies and brands are doing to be health-conscious during this unprecedented health crisis. 

We want you to know that we are keeping a very close eye on the situation and while we do not have physical store locations, we do have warehouses with employees we care about, so we’re diligently following guidance and best practices from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Our customer service team will be working remotely and safely at home, and will be available as always to answer any questions regarding our products. 

Because we have an array of anti-virus products, Airthereal is committed to accelerating our supply chain of ozone generators to prevent any immediate shortages. If you want an ozone generator to detox your home, car or offices of any pathogens, you will be able to get one. We will do our very best to keep our prices fair and never price gouge. Please be careful and pay attention to price gouging on necessary items.

According to Yahoo!Finance, researchers have theorized that because ozone has been proven to kill the SARS Coronavirus, it may have the same effect on COVID-19. Our Airthereal team will continue to monitor and update our valued community once we get more information on this.
