Invest in a Wet-Dry Vacuum Cleaner
Of course, we’re going to plug our Wet-Dry vacuums here. Cleaning up after pets can be a full-time job if you don’t have the right tools.

Use Natural Cleansers
Cleaning products can contain a lot of chemicals that are extremely harmful to your pet. Using more natural cleaners or simple ingredient products are a better option.
Natural items like vinegar and baking soda are safe to use around your pets. Baking soda has natural odor-absorbing powers (which is why people use it in their fridge or shoes). It makes a great stain remover (think wine or juice on a white t-shirt) and overall cleaner. Mix it with some water to make a paste. For extra cleaning power, mix it with vinegar.
Quick Hair Removal
Your days of hair-free living are over, if you have a dog or cat that sheds. Invest in large and small lint rollers and squeegees for pet hair. These items are easy to use for quick hair removal or while you’re on the go.
Nothing is less presentable at work than a dark outfit covered in white cat hair! Squeegees can be used on furniture, lint rollers for your clothes and car.
Sterilization and Odor Killing
Invest in an air purifier and an ozone generator that can keep the air free of odors. A smart HEPA air purifier that can be controlled via app is very handy when you have pets at home while you work. You can turn it on from your phone and adjust fan speeds as necessary.
A smart ozone generator can be controlled similarly to the air purifier via the app. An ozone generator can help remove persistent odors (like cat or dog urine or fishy smells) and help kill mold in humid, moist areas.
Make Cleaning a Game
This is the fun part of having a pet. If your fur baby is scared of your robot vacuum cleaner, attach a toy to the top of it so they can associate it with play. (That can have hilariously unfortunate consequences.) Get a harness with a brush on the bottom side, so they can sweep the floor as they move around.
